It’s part of information risk management and involves preventing or reducing the probability of unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, deletion, corruption, modification, inspect, or recording.

of implementing management systems concerning information security of critical automation facilities, in informational systems or automated control systems of technological processes

of programs and procedures for testing and tests execution in order to check the compliance with information security requirements of software/ hardware data processing means, info processing software means, software and software/hardware info protection means and monitoring of its safety, data cryptographic protection facilities
